Jacee Unruh, MA, LPC

I primarily offer in-person therapy sessions but can do online as well. I am available most weekdays, Wednesday evenings, and weekends.
— Jacee Unruh

I know firsthand the incredible validation and healing change that can come from sitting with another person and being truly heard and seen, and this is what I strive to replicate in my work as a therapist. My role is to create an affirming, empowering, and safe space for you to work towards your goals. My goal is to partner with you as we explore thought patterns and behaviors that do not serve you, process and learn about emotions, and identify the strengths you already possess. Starting therapy can be daunting but I promise to meet you where you are with genuineness, patience, and empathy.

I utilize an integrated theoretical modality which includes treatment interventions from a variety of theoretical models such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered, solution-focused, and attachment theory lenses.
